Our handwriting is an outward expression of the inner self by recording emotion, pressure, rhythm, perception and SO MUCH MORE in real time. The form of letters, their slant, size, spacing, pressure, and strokes reflect how we think, feel, and respond to life’s experiences and how we get our desires and needs met. When interpreted correctly, handwriting becomes a living map of the subconscious.

Participants receive a comprehensive 100+ page reference guide for learning, assessments and extended analysis. They will create their own handwriting samples from guided prompts, and practice reading authentic examples from peers and previous cases. You’ll experience firsthand how the line of ink reveals the line of thought.
Students will be invited to step up to the white board and play with making certain unusual letter configurations in different ways and see for themselves how that feels and describe it to the group. Does it match how they feel - or increase/diminish how they show up with what that letter can mean emotionally.
Participants will be given prompts in a trance state to tap into different personality types - some nice, performative and others down right dark (think criminal) - and see how their handwriting changes. They will be given the chance to analyze other students samples and see dozens of samples from my own clients that I have as unique teaching tools.

Meet Gila Zak
Considered a hypnotist’s hypnotist and known for her innovative methods, Gila Zak, C.Ht. is the creatrix of The Gallery © process, The Two Minds Technique © and the author of the teaching manual Handwriting Analysis for Therapists and Coaches.
Gila Zak is an honors graduate of HMI College of Hypnotherapy, a recipient of the prestigious Director’s Award and a Certified IEMT Practitioner, Sexual Freedom® Practitioner, Bunny Talk™ Practitioner, Metaphors of Movement Facilitator and also an Advanced Handwriting Specialist.
Her passion is espousing on all things hypnotic and helping people improve their relationship with themselves and life through greater understanding of the unconscious motivations that drive us. Whether working with clients or teaching fellow professionals, Gila brings warmth, wisdom, and a deep respect for the healing intelligence of the human psyche. Her workshops offer not just information, but transformation.
She has over a decade of experience and has worked with well over 1600 clients. She maintains a full time practice in Los Osos, California and is a featured presenter at conferences and various professional and medical organizations.

Conference Refund Policy
Due to the amount of logistics, care, and non-refundable deposits that go into planning the largest hypnosis conference, we have the following policies in place.
Participant Refund Policy
Conference registration and/or workshop registration may be canceled with full refund (less a 10% processing fee) provided written notification is received prior to February 1, 2026.
Cancellation after February 1st & before May 14th, refund permitted minus 25% processing fee.
Cancellation after May 14th & before July 1st, refund permitted minus 50% processing fee
Due to financial obligations incurred by Hypnothoughts Live, no refunds will be granted after July 1, 2026.
In the case of an emergency, special requests may be considered on a case-by-case basis by the leadership team following the conference.
No-shows cannot be issued a refund, as contractual agreements have been met and paid to the venue based on attendance.

Force Majeure: Hypnothoughts Live will not be held responsible for any costs or damages incurred due to circumstances beyond our control, such as natural disasters, strikes, or other unforeseen events.
Review and Acknowledgment: By registering for our event, you acknowledge and agree to this cancellation policy.
NOTE: Please allow one complete billing cycle before refunds appear on your credit card statement.
Exhibitor Refund Policy
Exhibitor registration may be canceled with full refund (less a $30 processing fee) provided written notification is received any time up until eight (8) weeks prior to the conference start date.
A 50% refund is available for exhibitor registration provided written notification is received between eight (8) weeks and four (4) weeks prior to the conference start date.
No refunds will be granted within four (4) weeks of the conference start date. In the case of an emergency, special requests may be considered on a case-by-case basis by the leadership team following the conference.
