In this hands-on workshop, international hypnotist, equestrian performance coach and bestselling author Nicole Weber shares the exact press strategies that helped her turn a niche hypnosis practice into a globally recognized brand featured in numerous equestrian magazines.
This class is built around hands-on creation. Participants will write and refine their own media pitches, headlines, and short bios throughout the day. I’ll guide them step-by-step through my visibility framework, share examples from my own published features, and offer live feedback on language and angles.
You’ll learn how to identify media-worthy angles, and pitch confidently to podcasts, magazines, and local or industry-specific outlets. Each segment blends short teaching bursts with live examples from Nicole’s own published features, real-time feedback, and exercises so every participant leaves with a usable plan.
You’ll outline your 90-day PR strategy and develop ready-to-send pitches. By the end of the day, you’ll know exactly how to get noticed and stay visible.

Meet Nicole Weber
Nicole Weber is a certified hypnotist, hypnosis instructor, and performance coach with over a decade of experience helping clients overcome fear, self-doubt, and burnout. Before relocating to the U.S., she was a licensed psychotherapist in Germany, where she ran a successful hypno- and traumatherapy practice.
Earlier in her career, Nicole served as a Vice President at Hannover Re, one of the world’s leading reinsurance groups — and she’s now weaving that strategic and analytical expertise back into her newest venture: building a boutique reinsurance consultancy and brokerage, because… why not?
She’s the creator of Equihypnosis® and works with equestrians all the way up to the Olympic level — and their horses. A certified riding instructor, equine osteopath, and physiotherapist, she combines deep biomechanical knowledge with nervous-system-based hypnosis to improve confidence, flow, and technical precision in the saddle.
A neurodivergent (2E)entrepreneur and Reiki Master Teacher with a passion for physics, philosophy, and medicine, Nicole blends strategy, somatics, and the subconscious to help others build lives and businesses that are sustainable, safe, and wildly aligned.
Her mom still asks, “How many certificates do you have now?”

Summary
Conference Refund Policy
Due to the amount of logistics, care, and non-refundable deposits that go into planning the largest hypnosis conference, we have the following policies in place.
Participant Refund Policy
Conference registration and/or workshop registration may be canceled with full refund (less a 10% processing fee) provided written notification is received prior to February 1, 2026.
Cancellation after February 1st & before May 14th, refund permitted minus 25% processing fee.
Cancellation after May 14th & before July 1st, refund permitted minus 50% processing fee
Due to financial obligations incurred by Hypnothoughts Live, no refunds will be granted after July 1, 2026.
In the case of an emergency, special requests may be considered on a case-by-case basis by the leadership team following the conference.
No-shows cannot be issued a refund, as contractual agreements have been met and paid to the venue based on attendance.

Force Majeure: Hypnothoughts Live will not be held responsible for any costs or damages incurred due to circumstances beyond our control, such as natural disasters, strikes, or other unforeseen events.
Review and Acknowledgment: By registering for our event, you acknowledge and agree to this cancellation policy.
NOTE: Please allow one complete billing cycle before refunds appear on your credit card statement.
Exhibitor Refund Policy
Exhibitor registration may be canceled with full refund (less a $30 processing fee) provided written notification is received any time up until eight (8) weeks prior to the conference start date.
A 50% refund is available for exhibitor registration provided written notification is received between eight (8) weeks and four (4) weeks prior to the conference start date.
No refunds will be granted within four (4) weeks of the conference start date. In the case of an emergency, special requests may be considered on a case-by-case basis by the leadership team following the conference.
