About This Workshop:
Learn an adaptable system of conversational change work that you can integrate into every aspect of your practice
From multi-level communication to directionalized brain change, your conversations with clients will never be the same.
This is not the typical hypnotic patterns that have been taught (and typically forgotten) for decades. This is utilizing how the brain naturally processes language and working within your client’s models for a more organic change. We will practice conversational forms of memory reconsolidation, allowing us to change even the most tenacious patterns, while conditioning in new feelings, beliefs and behaviors.
You will learn how to modify your own internal states to shift your cognitive filters so the unconscious processing becomes easily accessible. We will practice seeding, building expectation and changing beliefs through hypnotically loaded psycho education. This allows every explanation or question to be accessing and shifting the whole neural schema. Every moment with a client will be flush with change.
There is an art to moving minds through space and time with language.
You’ll learn how to use nonlinear patterns to interrupt the dominant hemisphere and advanced spatial and temporal shifts to directionalize the mind consciously and unconsciously. With the focus on building neural flexibility, you’ll be able to access and shift entire “problem” patterns from inception to present day symptoms.
This class will bring your work up to date with the latest research, simplify key elements of reconsolidation and change the way you speak (and listen) to your clients.

Meet Melissa Tiers
Melissa Tiers is a multi award winning author, lecturer and hypnosis trainer. She is the founder of The Center for Integrative Hypnosis in New York City and The Ethical Coaching Collective.
Melissa trains clinicians all over the world in her brand of Integrative Hypnosis, NLP and Practical Neuroscience and is a three time recipient of the Pen and Quill award for her books, Integrative Hypnosis, Keeping the brain in Mind, and Integrative Hypnosis for kids and teens: Playing for Change.

Conference Refund Policy
Due to the amount of logistics, care, and non-refundable deposits that go into planning the largest hypnosis conference, we have the following policies in place.
Participant Refund Policy
Conference registration and/or workshop registration may be canceled with full refund (less a 10% processing fee) provided written notification is received prior to February 1, 2026.
Cancellation after February 1st & before May 14th, refund permitted minus 25% processing fee.
Cancellation after May 14th & before July 1st, refund permitted minus 50% processing fee
Due to financial obligations incurred by Hypnothoughts Live, no refunds will be granted after July 1, 2026.
In the case of an emergency, special requests may be considered on a case-by-case basis by the leadership team following the conference.
No-shows cannot be issued a refund, as contractual agreements have been met and paid to the venue based on attendance.

Force Majeure: Hypnothoughts Live will not be held responsible for any costs or damages incurred due to circumstances beyond our control, such as natural disasters, strikes, or other unforeseen events.
Review and Acknowledgment: By registering for our event, you acknowledge and agree to this cancellation policy.
NOTE: Please allow one complete billing cycle before refunds appear on your credit card statement.
Exhibitor Refund Policy
Exhibitor registration may be canceled with full refund (less a $30 processing fee) provided written notification is received any time up until eight (8) weeks prior to the conference start date.
A 50% refund is available for exhibitor registration provided written notification is received between eight (8) weeks and four (4) weeks prior to the conference start date.
No refunds will be granted within four (4) weeks of the conference start date. In the case of an emergency, special requests may be considered on a case-by-case basis by the leadership team following the conference.
