Meet Claudia Rickard
Claudia Rickard – Speaker, Author, and Emotional Intelligence Development Specialist
Born in the U.K. in 1969 and now based in North Carolina since 2019, Claudia Rickard has dedicated her career to helping people unlock their potential and transform their lives.
She is an award-winning Certified Consulting Hypnotist, Emotional Intelligence Development Specialist, Nightingale Memory Consultant, Goulding SleepTalk® Consultant, Master NLP Practitioner, Advanced BLAST Technique® Practitioner, Certified Havening® Practitioner, IEMT Practitioner, Certified Life Coach, and ICBCH Hypnosis Instructor. She also brings joy and laughter to the stage as a Comedy Hypnotist.

Conference Refund Policy
Due to the amount of logistics, care, and non-refundable deposits that go into planning the largest hypnosis conference, we have the following policies in place.
Participant Refund Policy
Conference registration and/or workshop registration may be canceled with full refund (less a 10% processing fee) provided written notification is received prior to February 1, 2026.
Cancellation after February 1st & before May 14th, refund permitted minus 25% processing fee.
Cancellation after May 14th & before July 1st, refund permitted minus 50% processing fee
Due to financial obligations incurred by Hypnothoughts Live, no refunds will be granted after July 1, 2026.
In the case of an emergency, special requests may be considered on a case-by-case basis by the leadership team following the conference.
No-shows cannot be issued a refund, as contractual agreements have been met and paid to the venue based on attendance.

Force Majeure: Hypnothoughts Live will not be held responsible for any costs or damages incurred due to circumstances beyond our control, such as natural disasters, strikes, or other unforeseen events.

Exhibitor Refund Policy
Exhibitor registration may be canceled with full refund (less a $30 processing fee) provided written notification is received any time up until eight (8) weeks prior to the conference start date.
A 50% refund is available for exhibitor registration provided written notification is received between eight (8) weeks and four (4) weeks prior to the conference start date.
No refunds will be granted within four (4) weeks of the conference start date. In the case of an emergency, special requests may be considered on a case-by-case basis by the leadership team following the conference.
