Attachment theory is trending, with widespread discussion across social media platforms like TikTok and Instagram, and significant attention from popular books and articles. Hashtags like #attachmentstyle have billions of views on platforms like TikTok, and instagram. The theory has become a popular framework for understanding romantic and non romantic relationships, particularly after the COVID-19 pandemic.
It attracts more clients who are seeking modern, integrative approaches and builds trust by showing your practice grows with current research. Staying updated isn't just about learning new techniques, it's about building a thriving, future proof practice that stands out in an ever changing field.
Attachment patterns shape how people experience love, trust, safety, and connection in intimate and non-intimate relationships alike. Unhealthy attachment patterns often lie at the root of client struggles with anxiety, relationships, self-worth, and emotional regulation. This 3 day course gives hypnotherapists a clear, practical understanding of attachment theory with instruction on how to integrate it into hypno-therapeutic practice.
Through 9 structured modules, attendees will explore the science of attachment, the four primary attachment styles, and how these patterns show up in hypnotherapy sessions as resistance, dependency, or intimacy issues. Attendees will learn powerful techniques such as secure-base inductions, inner child work, reparenting, and parts therapy; all adapted for attachment healing.
It includes case studies, peer practice, and supervision to ensure confidence working with clients of all attachment styles. Attendees will also gain tools to reflect on their own attachment patterns, maintaining clear boundaries and therapeutic presence.
By the end of the course, attendees will be able to recognize attachment dynamics in their clients, safely guide them through healing, and empower them with resources for lasting change.
