Meet Stephanie DeWayne
Stephanie DeWayne is a Master Intuitive Energy Healer and Certified Clinical Hypnotist with over a decade of experience helping clients rewire the subconscious mind and release energetic blocks for lasting transformation.
She holds more than 1,200 hours of advanced training in hypnosis and energy work and has been in professional hypnosis practice since 2015. Stephanie is a Certified Master Healer Practitioner since 2003.
Drawing from both the scientific and spiritual aspects of healing, Stephanie bridges subconscious reprogramming with energetic alignment to create deeper, faster, and more sustainable client results.
She is passionate about empowering fellow hypnotists to integrate energy work into their practice and elevate the transformational potential of hypnosis.

Conference Refund Policy
Due to the amount of logistics, care, and non-refundable deposits that go into planning the largest hypnosis conference, we have the following policies in place.
Participant Refund Policy
Conference registration and/or workshop registration may be canceled with full refund (less a 10% processing fee) provided written notification is received prior to February 1, 2026.
Cancellation after February 1st & before May 14th, refund permitted minus 25% processing fee.
Cancellation after May 14th & before July 1st, refund permitted minus 50% processing fee
Due to financial obligations incurred by Hypnothoughts Live, no refunds will be granted after July 1, 2026.
In the case of an emergency, special requests may be considered on a case-by-case basis by the leadership team following the conference.
No-shows cannot be issued a refund, as contractual agreements have been met and paid to the venue based on attendance.

Force Majeure: Hypnothoughts Live will not be held responsible for any costs or damages incurred due to circumstances beyond our control, such as natural disasters, strikes, or other unforeseen events.

NOTE: Please allow one complete billing cycle before refunds appear on your credit card statement.
Exhibitor Refund Policy
Exhibitor registration may be canceled with full refund (less a $30 processing fee) provided written notification is received any time up until eight (8) weeks prior to the conference start date.
A 50% refund is available for exhibitor registration provided written notification is received between eight (8) weeks and four (4) weeks prior to the conference start date.
No refunds will be granted within four (4) weeks of the conference start date. In the case of an emergency, special requests may be considered on a case-by-case basis by the leadership team following the conference.
