With over 25 years of leadership experience in management, training, and development, she blends real-world business expertise with a deep understanding of human behavior and influence.
Before joining Hypnosis World, Jolana served as Director of Learning and Development for a national organization, where she designed and delivered programs that transformed teams into high-performing, purpose-driven units. Today, she applies that same passion to helping hypnotists and entrepreneurs move beyond theory—teaching them how to market, manage, and grow their practices like true professionals.

Due to the amount of logistics, care, and non-refundable deposits that go into planning the largest hypnosis conference, we have the following policies in place.
Conference registration and/or workshop registration may be canceled with full refund (less a 10% processing fee) provided written notification is received prior to February 1, 2026.
Cancellation after February 1st & before May 14th, refund permitted minus 25% processing fee.
Cancellation after May 14th & before July 1st, refund permitted minus 50% processing fee
Due to financial obligations incurred by Hypnothoughts Live, no refunds will be granted after July 1, 2026.
In the case of an emergency, special requests may be considered on a case-by-case basis by the leadership team following the conference.
No-shows cannot be issued a refund, as contractual agreements have been met and paid to the venue based on attendance.

Force Majeure: Hypnothoughts Live will not be held responsible for any costs or damages incurred due to circumstances beyond our control, such as natural disasters, strikes, or other unforeseen events.

NOTE: Please allow one complete billing cycle before refunds appear on your credit card statement.
Exhibitor registration may be canceled with full refund (less a $30 processing fee) provided written notification is received any time up until eight (8) weeks prior to the conference start date.
A 50% refund is available for exhibitor registration provided written notification is received between eight (8) weeks and four (4) weeks prior to the conference start date.
No refunds will be granted within four (4) weeks of the conference start date. In the case of an emergency, special requests may be considered on a case-by-case basis by the leadership team following the conference.
