To me, this training isn’t meant to be another “sit-and-take-notes” seminar. It’s hands-on, real, and designed so every hypnotist walks out with actual pieces of their business built.

How I’ll Make It Interactive and In-Person Focused

  • We Build As We Learn: Instead of just listening, attendees will create — their ideal avatar, brand statement, service offers, pricing, simple marketing funnel, and daily business structure. I’ll guide them step-by-step using worksheets and templates.
  • Small Group Work & Peer Feedback: Everyone will work in small groups to share ideas, test messages, and get honest feedback from fellow hypnotists. Business isn’t meant to be done alone—this helps them get clarity quickly.
  • Live Hot Seats & Real Coaching: Throughout the training, I’ll pull volunteers for “hot seat” coaching. We’ll look at their business, messaging, or pricing live and work through it together so everyone learns through real examples.
  • Hypnotic Language Practice: We’ll actually practice how to talk about hypnosis confidently—whether it’s for a consult, a social media post, or introducing yourself at an event. Practicing out loud makes a huge difference.
  • Q&A Throughout, Not Just at the End: I’ll pause during each section for short Q&A time so people can ask questions in the moment and get clarity right away.
  • Action Plan & Accountability: Before they leave, each person will create a 30–90 day Business Action Map—clear, doable steps so they don’t go home overwhelmed, but focused.

My goal is simple: they don’t just learn how to stop treating their business like a hobby—they start acting like the CEO of it while they’re still in the room.

With over 25 years of leadership experience in management, training, and development, she blends real-world business expertise with a deep understanding of human behavior and influence.

​Before joining Hypnosis World, Jolana served as Director of Learning and Development for a national organization, where she designed and delivered programs that transformed teams into high-performing, purpose-driven units. Today, she applies that same passion to helping hypnotists and entrepreneurs move beyond theory—teaching them how to market, manage, and grow their practices like true professionals.

​Known for her practical, engaging teaching style, Jolana specializes in bridging the gap between what hypnotists love to do and what it takes to succeed doing it. Her sessions give attendees real-world tools for mastering time, strategy, and visibility in today’s competitive marketplace.

Conference Refund Policy

Due to the amount of logistics, care, and non-refundable deposits that go into planning the largest hypnosis conference, we have the following policies in place.

Participant Refund Policy

Conference registration and/or workshop registration may be canceled with full refund (less a 10% processing fee) provided written notification is received prior to February 1, 2026.

Cancellation after February 1st & before May 14th, refund permitted minus 25% processing fee.

Cancellation after May 14th & before July 1st, refund permitted minus 50% processing fee

Due to financial obligations incurred by Hypnothoughts Live, no refunds will be granted after July 1, 2026.

In the case of an emergency, special requests may be considered on a case-by-case basis by the leadership team following the conference.

No-shows cannot be issued a refund, as contractual agreements have been met and paid to the venue based on attendance.

Force Majeure: Hypnothoughts Live will not be held responsible for any costs or damages incurred due to circumstances beyond our control, such as natural disasters, strikes, or other unforeseen events.

NOTE: Please allow one complete billing cycle before refunds appear on your credit card statement.

Exhibitor Refund Policy

Exhibitor registration may be canceled with full refund (less a $30 processing fee) provided written notification is received any time up until eight (8) weeks prior to the conference start date.

A 50% refund is available for exhibitor registration provided written notification is received between eight (8) weeks and four (4) weeks prior to the conference start date.

No refunds will be granted within four (4) weeks of the conference start date. In the case of an emergency, special requests may be considered on a case-by-case basis by the leadership team following the conference.
